The Children Are Ministering

Saturday was a special day for us here at Koinonia Surco. After a lot of rehearsels and prayer the children between 8-12 years old sponsored a special ministry for the smaller children of the church. We really believe that children that love the Lord are more than capable of being used by God in great ways. If you would like to see some pictures of the ministry, which included clowns and a drama about the prodigal son, check out our blog at www.iglesiacristianakoinonia.blogspot.com

You Prayed for the Men

Thanks to everyone that is praying for the men that God is calling to leadership in the church here. We´ve been meeting together on Monday nights for two weeks and we´ve had a blessed time. The first two weeks we´ve been talking about the importance of Godly character in the life of the leader.

Women in Santa Rosa need Prayer

Keep praying for the women in Santa Rosa. José (the Bible teacher there) has been exhorting some of the ladies. Now we just have to see what their response will be.

Short Term Team Arriving Sunday

Pray for a group of 15 people that will be arriving from Florida on Sunday night. They´ll be doing construction in Santa Rosa and a few other things as well. They´re from Calvary Chapel Palm Harbor and Calvary Chapel Pasco.

Ica Update

The ministry in Ica is changing a bit. After much prayer we´ve decided to put more emphasis on discipling the small group of Christians that come the the Bible study. We pray that they will do the outreach in their own area in the future rather than waiting on us to do it. Pray for the Christians in Ica.

God bless you all.

Making disciples in Peru,
