Greetings Everyone,
First of all I want to thank you for all of your prayers for me while I was in Cuba. Being there was a great experience for myself and the other team members. It was great to be used of the Lord there and to learn from the Cuban brothers as well. I was very impressed by their love for the Lord and their commitment to the ministry. Without going into a lot of details I´ll just tell you that God is continuing to do a work in my heart and in our church regarding world missions. I for one am really meditating on John 3:16, especially the fact that, “God so loved the world”. It was great to be able to challenge the Cuban brothers to have a world vision as well. I´m going to try and post some pictures from the trip on the web in the next few days but I won´t be posting them on the Koinonia blog so I´ll let you know where.
Are you praying for at least one or two countries daily? It´s a great privilege to be able to pray for brothers around the world. If you don´t pray for a country or two I want to encourage you to do so. You can find information about the Christians in the country and maybe even pray for a specific church, specific pastors and situations by name.
While I was gone to Cuba the group from Calvary Chapel Boynton Beach was here doing construction is Santa Rosa de Villa and helping out with other ministries too. They did a great job advancing with the construction. From what I heard everyone on the Boynton team returned home happy and healthy. Praise the Lord for that. Have you considered coming to Peru for ministry this year or next? We would love to have you. There is a lot to be done and we would love to minister with you.
God bless you all.
