Prayer Points – Far Reaching Ministries

Please pray for our ministries in Sudan and Kitgum District now that the peace talks have failed the LRA is on the move again. Pray for protection during this time.

Please pray for our ladies in Pageri pray for divine intervention for them.

Please continue to keep the upcoming Love Covers outreach in prayer.

Please continue to pray for the senior staff retreat June 20th-23rd. Pray God will use Jim to edify and train the leaders and that all who attends will be refreshed, encouraged and strengthened.

Uganda:Entebbe:

Praise God the funds are available to finish the church meeting hall and the walls and roof of the school. Please pray that this work is done efficiently, correctly, and for protection against injury, and theft of materials and resources.

The Linguists would appreciate your prayers as it looks like their home they are to move in January has a lot more work than anticipated. Pray the Lord would provide for all their building needs with their home and their church.

Pray as Craig is on a 3 day retreat with his leaders. Pray for much fruit.

Kampala:

Pray as Therese will be heading to Kampala; pray the Lord will use her mightily and that she would get everything done here in the States before she goes.

Pray for Josh and Natalie as they return to the States, pray their trip will be fruitful.

Pray for Mr. Mousi who will be CC Kampala’s new office manager, pray he will be a faithful steward of what the Lord has give him.

Again, please pray for Bob and Suzanne as they return home that the Lord would confirm and show them that He wants to use them mightily and reveal the place where He would have them.

Pray for the Kanyike’s. Please pray for Jill on Tuesday she will be having an endoscopy to find out why her ulcers won’t cure.

Pray for Brian as he will be attending a leadership retreat next

Pray for the Bible college students as they take their finals this week.

Kitgum:

LRA have been sited trying to cross over into Uganda and a woman was abducted from Padibe in Kitgum District, it was suspected to be LRA.

Pray for Ronald, a boy in Sunday school whose mother died two days ago. Please pray for God’s comfort and strength to be with him.

Please continue to pray for Lucy and her two children, she is HIV+ and her husband passed away last month. Pray for God to supply all of her needs

Please pray for the health of the team.

Pray for Teddy’s heart to be drawn closer and closer to Jesus as she is going through the Gospel of John.

Masindi:

Please continue to pray for Richard’s mother who has Hepatitis E.

Also, please remember Ginny and Brenda who are hoping to share the Word this July with the women at the farm. And also that our tractor will help the families to bring in a harvest big enough to provide for all the family needs.

Gulu:

Pray that God will provide a new vehicle and generator for the Coggins family. And that the ministry budget would meet each need.

Pray Keith will have wisdom as he is in the USA ministering to his son Nik.

Pray for favor with the Ministry of Education as Sanctuary of Grace submits its Christian curriculum.

Kenya:

Please pray for Dinah Apiyo she has AIDS, Schizophrenia & was raped & is pregnant right now there is no one to take care of her or her other children, we contacted Kenya Society for Women with AIDS they asked Twinkle to call back on Monday, concerning finding a home for Dinah that the Lord would provide and take care of her.

Please pray for the plans for the women’s retreat in August for God’s guidance on venue & all other details.

Please pray for Alice Taabu, her husband doesn’t let her attend women’s bible studies. Please pray that Lord willing her husband would get born again.

Pray for Tom and Cheryl as they are in Rwanda this week there has been a lot of spiritual warfare. Pray the Lord would open many doors and give them favor.

China:

Please continue to pray for open doors as we reach out to the earthquake victims. Please pray for Tim as he helps organize and deliver supplies to the people. That the Lord would clearly direct.

Russia:

Please continue to pray for the needed finances for the upcoming summer camps.

Also, please continue to pray for Pastor Pasha and his wife Lena as they visit the states this month. Ask God to refresh them and to provide encouragement for them so that they return to Vladimir refreshed, encouraged and overflowing with God’s love.

Thank you for your continue prayers for Sasha as he continues medical treatment for cirrhosis.

Close to our hearts:

Although, 17 year old Jennifer is stable, please continue to pray her as she will need more surgery but she is very discourage and they are not sure how she might handle it, pray for God comfort on her life right now.

Please pray for Papa Joe he is back in the hospital, pray the doctors would have wisdom on how to treat his kidney. Papa Joe is dear to a lot of people and he has always been a HUGE blessing to the body of Christ. Pray for his family who are with him that they might have a special touch from the Lord.

Please continue to pray for wisdom for Wes & Vicky as they seek direction for His ministry at FRM and FRMA.

Pray for June (Vicky’s grandma) who just had a severe stroke. Pray for Ann who is with her mom right now pray that she would know loving and saving grace of Christ.

Pray for Kathi who has been diagnosed with skin cancer.

Close to our hearts:

We are moving into our new building this week.

The Lord has been doing an amazing work with Stacy as she has surrendered her life and is even giving her favor.

Kimberly has passed the bar.

Kitgum:

Praise God, we found a house girl who loves the Lord! Her name is Betty. Please pray that God will use her mightily as part of our team and knit our hearts together.

Many received Christ at three different outreaches last week. Pray they would continue to grow in Christ.

Russia:

Lena and Pasha were really blessed while they were here in. Pray there trip will continue to be a tremendous blessing.
